Libby sat on his hands for 3 months, despite the media outcry on Miller's behalf & their constant reporting about Miller's lack of confidence in regard to her source's waiver. It didn't occur to Libby until last week that he could expedite Miller's release by clearing up the issue with Miller? And what about Miller's publicized comment about being afraid, that "the government is too powerful"?

Too bad Fitzgerald agreed to limit her testimony. We may never know why she's so afraid. I wonder why Fitzgerald isn't more curious about that remark.
