The Cincinnati speech
of 10-7-'02. Tennet twice e-mailed Hadley, then called him, and advised him to remove the Niger reference. After it was removed, someone attempted to put it back in. It is believed it was John Bolton.

By the State of the Union speech, Hadley said he "forgot" Tenet's warning. Baloney: in three months time, guys like Hadley do not forget something this important. Further, a CIA official has stated he again warned the boys about the Niger business being false; the administration denies this, but it is certainly true.
