16. Experts say no.
I put a lot of faith in the folks posting here so I think his recovery is not complete. Also, I do not think any charges have been filed yet. His attorney ordered him to dry out in anticipation of the trials to come. Even if Florida police do not charge him with trafficking ,I beleive the dopers who were coping for him will sue because of the anquish he caused them.
