14. I don't deny that Reagan was out of it, and further that
he was used by * and Kissinger. I would expect nothing less from that ilk. The fact remains, however, that Reagan was president, and was/is accountable for his adminstration. One of the things that gets my goat, frankly, is the unending whining from Michael reagan about the USS Ronald Reagan and the constant soliciting of funds for the decoration of same. Geez, for a guy who didn't have a very good relationship with his father, he sure jumped on the gravy train quickly. I'm tired of hypocrisy and distortions. How about a compromise on this. I will concede that he is ill and has no idea of what is going on in the world, but I will also state that that condition, insofar as he is concerned, is nothing new.
