I want a foreign policy that is consistent with American values. I find it hard to believe that I'm the only major candidate running, who's in reasonably good shape in the polls, who voted “No” on the Iraq Resolution.

That's pretty bad. Dean voted "NO"? In what alternate reality? Really, really bad when you factor in the lie against Kucinich there...

This is indeed a strange statement.

Another mis-speak. Dean is going to have to be careful because in the information age, these mis-speaks have legs.
