35. Correct. Bremer doesn't get yanked back to DC for nothing.
Look at the signs. Head of the provisional authority suddenly yanked back to Washington in time with a conveniently leaked CIA memo saying that the government is looking for a real quick way out of Iraq.

Leaking a memo is a time honored government tactic for preparing the public for something. Keep an eye on it.

If Vietnam proved anything, it's that a determined and growing group of resistance fighters can outlast the most enormous and well equipped occupying force. They do this by doing what Kissinger said - "Not losing, while the occupier loses by not winning".

Contrary to the daily propaganda by BushCo, time is NOT on our side. It is the other way around. Every day that more of our soldiers die, the American public gets that more restless for a way out of this mess. This has no possible good outcome for Bush unless he produces the October surprise - a "captured" Osama, Hussein or some large cache of WMD miraculously located before the presidential election.
