He juxtaposed Saddam's face with Max's. You know Max... the triple amputee? As Al Franken said, Max was so patriotic, he left three of his limbs behind in Vietnam. So, Saxby decided it would be okay to equate him with Saddam and call them both terrorists. Class act that one!
