5. Clark's Kosovo/SACEUR critics need to be called out.
Would they let fate and law of the jungle play out for ethnic cleansing? Let the marketplace of ideas and muscle work things out "over there"?

Would they act or not act? How would they act? Sanctions, diplomacy?

More air power, less air, different air?

Boots on the ground? Our boots, the other fella's boots?

Allies? Go it alone?

It looks like a pretty well-managed, positive outcome to me. I can find imperfections, big surprise, but I have seen no overall criticism that impresses me one whit, considered in a real world context.
