One might call these ad hominem attacks, the abusive variety ...

One might also find it hard to believe another who stabs with one hand and waves it off with the other .....

The TRUTH shall set you free ... not your opinions ....

Madonna is FAR from "stupid", as any media professional will readily attest .... the proof is in the pudding .... she'll be eating that pudding all her life, and so will her children ....

Has been ? .... the jury s still out ..... but I dont suppose someone with an now established record of hurling insults against blameless parties simply because they dont support their opinion would be the most valid source of such a conclusion ....

The more vicious the attacks, the more easily one can reject the conclusions of the attacker ....

Ad hominem attacks reveal more about the speaker than the target ....
