Makes Seniors buy private insurance to buy drugs or join HMOs. Lets insurance companies decide how much to charge and what drugs to cover. Leaves seniors holding the bag. Makes dangerous changes in medicare. This bill is based on the P.O.V. that Medicare was a mistake. Much as I want Rx drug coverage for seniors, this inadequate benefit is not worth destroying Medicare.
