At least know I know why I've been feeling so crappy

I woke up, and my head was stuffed and my throat sore. I have sleep apnea, and sleep with a respirator mask on my face, and I could hardly breathe.

THANK GOD IT'S A COLD!

Sounds weird, right? Why would anybody be thankful for a cold?

Well, I've been having some issues with sleep, fatigue and appetite, which are early warning signs that my bipolar disorder is acting up, and I am heading into a depressive episode.

So, needless to say, I am overjoyed that this is a cold. I've spent enough time in the hospital and off of work from this stupid disease in the past year, so I'm very happy it's a cold.

YAY COLD!
