10. NO GAIN............

it's the civic service, so you could be working your ass off whilst others get next to nothing to do. I've been over 10 years at this organization, and trust me, this boss covers for the most inept and destructive of persons. No promotion, no more money, no more prestige (part of the job may be delivering interoffice mail, whoopee)

I just don't want to go through the effort for this place because they don't care about people. Why put myself through the ringer for the 1000th time? It's just not worth my energy..... :)
