Low carb works. People eat way too many cheap empty carbs. Hopefully after the hysteria dies out, people will come to something more reasonable than Atkins but low carb in general is a good idea.

Diabetes is a horrible, horrible disease which costs thousands of people their eyesight, their limbs and their lives every year. It is disgusting to see people who know better pushing products and junk science while more people are afflicted every year.
