20. A freshwater skate

A Japanese dish
it tasted good, kinda like cucumber.
BUT the texture was awful like chicken joint gristle.
The other weird things are Goat meat,Snake,Squirrel,bear,squid,octopus and muskrat.
I like eating weird food.If I don't like it I spit it out.No big deal.
