This family, by the sound of what's going on, needs some help. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that some social service agency steps in. I think their behaviour (parents) is off the wall and uncalled for. There are ways to discipline your children. Physical abuse and mental abuse are not on the list. Publicly humiliating your family isn't on that list either. It doesn't sound like this father or mother has any control at all. Therein lies the problem. The adults NEED the discipline in order to discipline the children properly.
