82. Sort of
The GAM (Aceh Merdaka - "Free Aceh") have been fighting the Indonesians for about 27 years, with various ceasefires intervening. Aceh was traditionally an independent sultanate until taken over by the Dutch. The idea of Indonesia as a discrete nation is false. It was propped up (brutally) by the CIA stooge Suharto until the late 90's. Now its basically a democratically elected govt in Java and parts of Sumatra with fiefdoms on the other islands.

The 1998 figures you quote for Sri Lanka are well outdated. The ceasefires and peace deals with the Tamil Tigers since then have meant that Sri Lanka has been attracting a lot more investment and money. Laos and East Timor are far more poverty stricken.
