over time excreting large volumes of excess protein causes kidney damage. This is a medical fact taught in medical school.

Advertise your crap somewhere else.

On the side of reasonableness though, yes you can bulk up in the short term with protein powders. Can bunnypants afford Swank's 24/7 trainer and nutrionist for five months? Not.

And your body can only metabolize a fixed amount of protein. The "rest" does not simply get shoved through your kidneys and out your hoo haw - some of it gets turned into fat.

Put that in your shake blender and drink it.
