11. I too lived in Phoenix
about 24 years ago and remember one day my father said that if he saw another sunny day he'd throw up. I agreed. Being 16 at the time, I loved it when it did rain because the oil on the road would loosen and you could have a lot of fun doing donuts, etc. It was kind of like driving on snow. I like the sun here in NC and the change in seasons.
