for being alive. Please don't hit the delete button let me explain.
Earlier today my daughter and I were driving to one of our favorite restaurants, the traffic on the freeway was backed up for 3 miles due to construction. Okay we finally arrived at our destination.

Then late this afternoon I took my daughter home and returned back to the freeway. When I got on the freeway driving was okay, all of a sudden there was a back up, the freeway ahead was closed and everyone had to enter another freeway. Hmmm? another construction debacle? No, there was a deadly accident ahead, five cars involved, a truck and car burned. Lesson, before cussing the traffic problem because of construction, just remember that someone ahead could be dead. My daughter and I just talked, guess there was one horrible accident, one person dead and another very seriously injured.

The thing is my daughter and I at the last minute decided to do some grocery shopping before taking her home. If we had not stopped at the store, maybe .... I might not be here right now.

A horrible day of driving, but so very happy to be home tonight, someone did not arrive home today and someone is in serious condition in a hospital.
