Right wing political cartoons generally just seem to be heavy-handed and literal. They're not actually saying much, just illustrating a sterotype or insult of some sort.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:



It's just literal. It's saying the UN is big chicken. Ok, and therefore what? Know what I mean? It's like they get 40% into the point and decide they've thought enough.

Some hit on comedy, but when they do, I fear my own politics simply get in the way of the "joke".
