I use it primarily to stock up on stables and dry goods like paper towels, TP, canned goods like olives or tomato sauce. They also have office supplies (the basics mostly), some automotive/car care and tires, a pharmacy (though I don't know what the pharm prices are like),

They have wonderful produce too, but I don't get it b/c living alone, the quantity is too much, so that's not a good value for me.

I still wind up going to the regular grocery store for produce and specialty items that I need. But all in all, it does save me $$ on the big stuff.
