Tipping BEGINS at 15%

This is pretty much sacred law for me. Even if the food is bad. Even if the waitperson is slow. Even if there is hair on the burger. They are taxed on 15% so I tip at least that amount.

Then, if they do anything extra, it goes up. If it is a high end restaraunt, and they give great service, maybe 16%.

If it is a typical restaraunt, and they do extra, it goes up more to 18-20%

I never tip below 15%, unless the waitpersonl directly insults me.
