I find this formula works the best for me. I am taking Andrew Lessman's which is $100 for a 2 month supply. I skip a day here and there and have bought a cheaper one to take to stretch out my supply. You may have to experiment to find what works best for you. I tried maybe 5 different brands before this one worked. Unfortunately and just my luck, its the expensive one that works for me! But you may have better luck with a less expensive brand. The thing is, any good brand will be somewhat expensive. Keep an eye out for Flexamin, Knox or other brands they sell in CVS, Walgreens or other drug stores. Around here they usually have a buy one get one at 50% off or something like that and a lot of times there is a coupon in the Sunday paper too. So just try different ones til you find one that works. And be patient. It took about a month for me to really feel any difference.
