1. Even though I was an 'Art Rock' snob in the seventies,...
...a 'New Age' and 'Alternative Music' devotee in the eighties, and eclectic, narrow-minded, 'stuck-in-the-past'er' from then till now, one of my all-time favorite songs, to this day, is 'I Can't Stop Loving You', sung by the inimitable Ray Charles....God I love that song. Sad....I never did know who wrote it....till now.

RIP, Don Gibson. You were one helluva songwriter.
