Odds are that right now there's a man lying paralyzed in Angola, who was just shot in the back by a South African mercenary. His kids are going to starve, his wife will sell herself to a second-rate warlord, and here you are complaining about people complaining about Valentine's Day. Shame.

Seriously though, complaining about superfluous trifling things we take for granted is the American way of life. And I won't have anyone say a word against it. Exercising your right to complain about nonsense (which in this case is other people complaining about other nonsense) is patriotic.
