2. Nope.
We bought it from an 86 year old woman, the only owner. She didn't want us to remove the paneling from the basement, but assured us it never leaked. Neither did the roof. Well, since then we found out the basement leaks like a fucking sieve (2 foot jets of water from the foundation wall on bad rain days) and the roof is now leaking through all the soffits. Don't ask me about the hundreds of square feet of concrete they laid around the house to stop the water leaking.

Unfortunately, she died about a year after we bought it, so we can't sue regarding lying on the disclosure statement.

Basically, I bought the fucking Money Pit!
