160. can't you just kick back
and enjoy it?

sorry. I just think it was valid what she did. I remember reading a hilarious review of "Exile in Guyville" by a music critic who said he thought 'Glory' was a completely pointless song and he couldn't get the meaning of it, so when his girlfriend came in the room he just looked at her and asked 'what? is this song about' and he said her mouth dropped open and she looked at him and rolled her eyes. I mean, "he's got a really, big tongue, it rolls way out...". It was in that moment of seeing his girlfriend's expression that he got how literal it was and why it's value might not be obvious from his perspective. It's a turn on, like alot of sexuality in music, but she really filled a void there; plus she characterizes the isolation that women feel as a result of the male/female game-playing, especially on songs like "Fuck and Run".
