5. I was equally as ga-ga over Pitter-pat.
Mr. kt found him at our local shelter. If I go to shelters, I want to adopt everyone- se Mr. kt was in charge of finding our Pitter-pat (yes, I had the name first. I knew I would love the kitty that fit a name like Pitter-pat.) At 6 pm, near closing time, Mr. kt found Pitter-pat. He came home that night, pulled up Pitter-pat's picture from the pound's website and I fell in love. The next morning, I was there 90 minutes before the shelter opened, just so no one could claim my cat- even though Mr, kt had made it clear we wanted Pitter-pat. I was so excited, I couldn't sleep the night before.

We've had our little friend a bit over three years now. He sleeps with us on his own special pillow right above mine every night. He plays still. He is the perfect little companion.

I must include some pics!

From the shelter website.

Here is Mr. kt playing with our little Pitter.

We've taken to sleeping upside down lately.

Playing peek-a-boo.

In his favorite spot- his basket.

On occasion, we bore him.

And cuddling with us.

Pitter-pat is also very into Jon Stewart- which we love! It means we raised him right. He's into the television anyway, but when Stewart's on, don't interrupt!

I can't wait to see the pictures of your new little furry, four-legged friend!
