30. You just proved a lot of people wrong.
Cleared up a big myth for me. i have always been told, and been dumb enough to believe a vegan or vegetarian could not hold mass and strength because you could not get enough high quality protein without meat.

Looks like you do fine. I will very seriously pursue a less meat friendly diet now. Warning though my family may hold a grudge. ;)
