Important things I've learned from CSI
Advertisements [?]
I don't watch a lot of TV these days, mainly because I work during prime time, but it seems like almost everytime I do get a night off, one or another CSI is on. This is probably good, because I've learned some interesting things about crime and law enforcement from the show.

1) Murder victims are almost always young, wealthy or good looking. Often they are all of the above. I feel much safer knowing this, since I am none of the above.

2) When the victim is a young, attractive female, she is frequently found wearing sexy underwear. Please, if you are a young, attractive female, granny panties and pointy bras are a much safer choice.

3) Police departments are always extremely well funded, as evidenced by all the brand new, high tech equipment they use, and their ability to use Hummers as police vehicles.

4) Police officers are paid a very high salary, as evidenced by all the designer clothes worn by officers and techs on the show.

I'm sure I'm missing a few things. Please feel free to add to my list.
