Favorite Thanksgiving dishes (and how to make them)? [View All]

I've been married going on 8 years and haven't made Thanksgiving dinner yet, though I think I'll do it this year. No one else but me, husband and the cats, so very low stress.

I have a turkey ready to go, but what kinds of side dishes are (easy, if possible) favorites? If anyone has a favorite dish that won't take me hours to prepare/make, I'd love to hear about it. Traditional or nontraditional, doesn't matter, so long as it complements the main course (that would be, of course, the bird).
