2.) The next person to ask this question and forget that pizza was invented in New Haven, Connecticut which still has the best f'ing pizza in the world is going to get pipe-wrenched.
3.) I've done it once...if by scratch you mean from flour and yeast and olive oil and homemade pizza sauce and buffalo mozzarella. If you mean from a can of dough and store bought sauce and shredded cheese once...this week...thus far.
