14. Our grandkitty likes to get in the shower and sit there while the shower is running.
He began doing that when he was a kitten and my daughter would take him in there with her.

He's done some other things that scare me. One day I opened the oven door to get the food out and he tried to leap into the oven. I caught him in mid-air. He's tried that a couple times now, always when I least expect it. Maybe he wants to give Grandma a heart attack?

When I was a kid, one of my cats used to chase a particular dog that came onto our property. If she was off our property she wouldn't but if he stepped into our yard..well lookout! She looked so funny running on her hind feet slapping him on his rump. The dog..a dalmation who had treed her in another yard before it all began, used to venture into our yard quite often. I'll never forget the day she waited up in the tree in our front yard, having spotted him in the field across the street. As the dog made it to our tree, she jumped on that poor dog's back and rode him ride out of the yard. The dog's owner was a class mate of mine who lived a couple streets away. We were all of maybe 3rd grade. He was hollering at me that I had the meanest cat ever. I told him she was just paying his dog back for having treed her.
