2. A friend and I once went to a convention together in Reno
We decided to get on the elevator at about 2 in the morning and just stand there without pushing any buttons. Of course, in Reno, people are up and down in the elevators all night so eventually, it started moving, stopped at one floor and some people got on.

They pushed their button and realized no other buttons were lit but didn't say anything. We simply stood there. They got to their floor and got off, giving us quizzical looks.

The elevator stayed at that floor for several minutes then began moving again.

We rode it up and down for about an hour and a half. No one ever said anything but they were all wierded out by us.

It was a ball.

Incidentally, if you're ever in Reno, go to the Hilton, go up a few floors, get off and look at the elevator doors. They have the trippiest southwestern type design on them - it's like an LSD trip.
