The only prob I have with the 'Burgh is that they are perpetually working on the roads around there. It seems that PennDOT is always blocking the very road you need to be on or the detour signs are ill-placed. The worst is the work going on in the tubes.

But the view coming out of the tunnel on 279 is breathtaking. You are surrounded by hills going into the tunnel, but coming out onto the bridge, the skyline is so beautiful. I'd argue its one of the best in the country.
