in all seriousness, it is frustrating I know. It's natural to go up and down no matter what you do, especially if you are eating right consistently and when the numbers are that low. I've gone on a serious diet and have dropped two pounds in three days, and gained three pounds in two weeks (due to hitting plateau's and all that)..

Keep doing what you're doing, and you will reach your optimal weight. (Once you break a plateau, you will drop easier too, unless all you needed to lose was a few pounds.. the last few are the hardest)
