24. I see you are in Phx, didn't think there was much farming left up there in the valley of the stucco
you can use feed corn when it is still kind of green for green corn tamales, but it is super hard and starchy - no flavor like sweet corn at all.

Most folks are cool if you say something first - or like you mentioned - gleaning after harvest, but watch it in orchards if you don't have permission. Fruit and nuts tend to have a higher $ value and tend to get more "protection".
