I've been a fan of Spalding's for so long, and if it was enough to drive him to jump off the Staten Island Ferry (as seems to sadly be the case) I don't think I could handle it, partly because of the Spalding connection, and partly out of fear that I'd have the same susceptibility.

I hope I'm wrong, and that he turns up in some Paris love nest with the chick from Amelie. But he didn't take his wallet when he left the house...
