Imagine a president making jokes about the reason he sent almost 600 Americans to their death. That is what he is doing; making jokes about the weapons of mass destruction: "Those weapons of mass destruction have got to be somewhere ... nope, no weapons over there ... maybe under here?"

Why hasn't he been impeached?
