The feedback issue.

Feedback has been rendered completely irrelevant because a seller can punish you for telling other buyers that he is not a good seller.

And the buyers don't look at the text they look at the number. I was recently screwed by a seller who sent me broken mismatched junk, and then sent me into an email runaround clearly designed to make me give up, which I eventually, after 3 emails did.

If you leave such a seller a bad feedback, he will simply leave one for you and ruin your rating. The people spending the money should get to rate, not the other way around. As a seller, there is one question to answer, did he pay, on time, or not? If not, don't send him anything. Problem solved.
