Solar Air Heaters - Has anyone built one for their home?

I have the perfect house for solar air heat. The back of the house faces almost due South. The yard has giant trees that shade it in the summer but allow bright sun through in the winter.

We are going to start small with a window sized solar air heater and if it works well we may build a much bigger unit.

Who has experience with these? I'm interested in seeing designs and hearing succes or failures.
