43. The whole point is to no longer consider RKBA as a civil right, but
to recognize it for what it is, which is about as far from civil as can be. Demanding that people be responsible and accountable for their ownership of lethal weapons is hardly punitive. The intent is not to deprive individuals, but rather to better society as a whole. I smoke and do not mind paying high "sin" taxes on tobacco. Same with guns. His schedule seems more than fair to me, but details can be worked on.
