Aid to Egypt needs to be severely curtailed in light of the fact that it is a brutal dictatorship and has consistantly acted as an enemy rather than a friend to the United States and has spewed hatred in spite of receiving about two billion dollars in U.S. aid (not to mention some of the most advanced weapons systems in the world).
