Since you stooped to reposting this POS as a new thread, here's my response to your original post:

"Edwards NEVER said in any of that that "he needs GOP members telling him when he is wrong.... and to help him change his mind" and you know it.

Virtually every president appoints people from different political backgrounds because not everything is black and white. The best presidents do exactly what Edwards has said numerous times he'd do: appoint "the strongest, most capable, most independent-minded people I can find (who will challenge him because he isn't perfect and like everyone else is capable of mistakes)".
