Comparing Kerry's Endorsement with Clinton's Campaigning

Clinton, as in Bill, not Hillary.

On one hand you have, until he's unseated, the head of the Democratic Party actively going out and bashing another candidate. A former president, a highly-respected member of the party - going, not just to drum up support for his wife, not just to defend her against attacks - but to actively go on offense against a young up-and-comer in the party.

And then you have Kerry, the nominee in 2004, who got more votes than any other Democrat in history, throwing his weight (and considerable voter database), behind the new guy. Telling people positive things about him and defending him from presumptive attacks on his viablity.

One is mercifully attacked and told to go back to the shadows. The other is embraced.

I'll leave it to you to figure out which is which.

I'm saddened, personally.
