29. Perhaps Your Assumption Might Be Best... However, I'm Sick & Tired
of lending my time and money, heart and soul to something and then feel like I got slapped in the face. I'm sure backroom deals are made all the time, but it's reached a boiling point as I see it. We have a Constitution and these people were elected to SERVE THE PEOPLE. I'm still looking for what I'm getting for my money, heart and soul.

I taught my kids... If You Can't Stand Up For Something, You'll Fall For Anything! My father taught that to me. If the "speculation" has legs, is it better to let it lie? I've seen more than enough conspiracy theories running rampant here and many of them have YET to die.

I suppose I just don't believe the phrase "My Country Do Or Die" anymore. There's a song written by Jackson Browne called "Lives In The Balance." I've talked about it here many times, and each time I hear it, or read the words, it makes so much sense to me.

Perhaps I should just post the words... then some can see what I feel and why I feel this way.
