There is victory... and there is "not victory".


Bush's win in 2000 made us all made.... but there was nothing "pyrrhic" about it. He became President.



Secondly.... Michigan's primary was declared unconstitutional by a federal judge. That means that it never happened, legally.


Obama is ahead in the popular vote in states that had valid elections... and I'm including Florida in the count.


Michigan's election has been declared illegal, and void. It legally did not occur..


Therefore, any count that includes it is a bogus count.
