30. Picking Jindal will totally screw the GOP this year
We all know that they will attack Obama on youth, experience and ethnic background. Making Jindal the running mate will throw all that out the window.

Romney adds nothing. He's an empty suit. I can't see him making that big a difference in Michigan, and most certainly not in Massachusetts. Fundies and hardcore wingnuts don't like him.

I'm guessing Tim Pawlenty, since they're so gung-ho about winning Minnesota (not sure he'd help, though as his record as governor has been mediocre - the I-35W bridge collapse is his Achilles heel). A dark horse would be a congressman such as Paul Ryan from Wisconsin. He's 38, is in his 5th term, and the hardcore fiscal conservatives love him, especially Novak. Has been in the news lately due in part to his economic policy "Road Map." And Wisconsin, though a hardcore Obama state, is a place they'd love to finally win.
