They make you sign all kinds of contracts like the Personal Warranty contract.. which makes you Liable for Murder if you do something that results in the death of someone because of what you did.. relieving any liability of the company... but if you try to tell them of a problem, it Quickly becomes YOUR FUCKING PROBLEM !!! you are not a Team Player..it would cost them too much to change the work instrunction... or to bother an engineer.. so people just dont try to help them out.. just do your own fucking job.... look the other way.
