form over substance every time. This guy had no business being Commissioner of Police in NYC, there were others far more deserving and better qualified for the job. He sucked up to Giuliani and became his toady, his "eyes and ears" within the Department and was richly rewarded for his "loyalty".
Kerik is a whore, a charlatan. That's why he was such a perfect fit for Bu$h's Gestapo. Trouble is Kerik had a few too many skeletons in his closet and wasn't smart enough (like the rest of the Bu$h thugs) to cover his tracks.
I'm eagerly awaiting Bu$h's next choice for the position. I'm sure it will be a non-partisan, well qualified person of honor who will move Heaven and Earth to keep the "Fatherland" safe. :eyes:
